Assessment Payment Information

Assessment inquires should be submitted via telephone to 512-441-1041 ext. 16 or fax at 512-441-1922, or Email at assessments@plateaupropertymgmt.com or complete the Assessment Information Request Form

Paying your Assessment has never been easier!

1. Do you use Online Bill Paying through your Bank? You still can! But you do need to change the address that your bank sends the check to, and the Account number. Use the account number from your statement or coupon book and the address is:

2. Can I pay any other way? Yes, you can pay by three other ways.

a. Send a regular check with the payment coupon via mail to the address listed above.

Or go to www.cabanc.com on the internet. Select "Homeowner Resources" from the left-hand menu, then:

b. Select "Credit Card Payment Request" from "Homeowner Tools", complete the required information from your statement or coupon book and your credit card, and click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page. And your payment has been made.

Or -

c. Select "E-Check Payment Request" from "Homeowner Tools", complete the required information from your statement or coupon book and your check, and click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page. And your payment has been made.
