Notice Regarding Assessment Invoices

The assessment invoices for the third quarter were mailed this week.  There is a note at the top of the invoice that states that late fees will not be assessed until 30 days after the postmark date.  Residents still have 30 days to make their payment before late fees are assessed (July 27^th).  Will you please pass the word?  I’m sure there will be some folks who do not see the note. We had a botched delivery of return envelopes (bank specified) which caused the invoices to be mailed late. Thanks!
