Our firm manages associations for single family and commercial developments ranging in size from 1 to 1000 units with annual budgets and assets ranging from $35,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Our portfolio includes numerous residential and commercial developments throughout Central Texas

We are proud of our success in establishing Associations at the inception of a development and working with boards and directors to maintain continuity. Plateau Property Management Company understands the importance of cost efficiency and customer service, as well as the need for personal, prompt, effective response when there is a problem. Our firm has combined experience of over 20 years in community management.

We are committed to the continuing education of our staff through the Community Association Institute (CAI). Professional designations through CAI are earned through a combination of course work and a minimum of three years experience managing community associations and service to the industry. As General Manager of Plateau Property Management, Rosalyn Peterson has served on the Board of the Austin Chapter of CAI and is a past President.

Our staff at Plateau includes a Certified Public Accountant, accounting support staff and administrative support to the manager. It is our goal to provide the most professional management service possible to our Homeowners Associations.
